The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Rutland Arena Skate Shop. We operate this website and store, including the information, content, features, products and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe the rights and responsibilities that apply when you visit our website, purchase products or services, or otherwise use the Services.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and represent the products and services offered by Rutland Arena Skate Shop.
Product appearance, colours and other details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
Descriptions, prices, availability and services may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or services or limit availability where appropriate.
3. SKATE SHARPENING MEMBERSHIPS
Skate sharpening memberships are subject to our separate Membership Terms & Conditions, which form part of the agreement between the membership purchaser and Rutland Arena Skate Shop.
Those Membership Terms & Conditions govern matters including membership duration, player eligibility, sharpening frequency, household memberships, included skate guards and laces, refunds for season-ending injuries and membership misuse.
Where there is a conflict between these general Terms of Service and the Membership Terms & Conditions regarding a skate sharpening membership, the Membership Terms & Conditions will govern that membership.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product or service.
Rutland Arena Skate Shop may accept or decline an order at its discretion. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been processed and the order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may not always be able to accommodate changes or cancellations after an order has been accepted.
Purchases are subject to our applicable refund and return policies.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.
Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be shown during checkout where required.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Where physical products are shipped, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Rutland Arena Skate Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, service interruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The content of this website, including our name, logos, text, graphics, photographs, designs and other materials, is owned by Rutland Arena Skate Shop or used with permission and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

Shopify’s name, trademarks and related intellectual property remain the property of Shopify.

10. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Rutland Arena Skate Shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Rutland Arena Skate Shop. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Rutland Arena Skate Shop, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Rutland Arena Skate Shop.
