RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want purchases from Rutland Arena Skate Shop to be straightforward and fair. This policy explains how refunds are handled for skate sharpening memberships and services.

Skate Sharpening Memberships

Skate sharpening memberships are assigned to an individual player and are subject to our separate Membership Terms & Conditions.

Memberships are generally non-refundable once the membership season has begun, with the following exception:

Season-Ending Injury

If the registered player suffers an injury that ends their hockey season, the remaining unused portion of the membership may be refunded on a prorated basis.

The prorated refund will be calculated based on the remaining portion of the membership term at the time the player's season-ending injury occurs.

Rutland Arena Skate Shop may request reasonable confirmation that the injury is season-ending before processing the refund.

Refunds are not provided for temporary injuries, missed games, vacations, scheduling conflicts, unused sharpening visits or a player's decision to stop playing.

Memberships cannot be transferred to another player.

Additional household memberships are subject to the same refund rules.

Skate Sharpening Services

Payments for skate sharpening services that have already been performed are non-refundable.

If you believe there is a problem with a sharpening service you received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Membership Benefits

Complimentary skate guards and white, waxed replacement skate laces provided as membership benefits are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Memberships include one complimentary set of skate guards and up to three pairs of white, waxed replacement skate laces when replacement is needed due to normal wear.

Lost skate guards are not replaced free of charge. A replacement pair may be purchased for $20.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
